目前GMP医药工程设计中，摇摆式颗粒机咋�/span>GHL高速混合制粒贡制出的颗粒大多采用热风循环烘干，然后烘箱烘干物料会使物料结块，操作时间须5~8小时，因而影响了产品质量和生产速度，针对上述问题，本公司开发了一种高效沸腾干燥机来代替烘箱，本设计采用圆形结构的流化床，避免死角，在料斗内设置搅拌装置避免湿物料团聚及干燥时形成沟流，干燥速度快，一般每批干燥时间只顺�/span>20~30分钟，温度均匀且物料在流化床做上下运动，避免了物料结块现象、�/span>
