产品概述
过程隔膜泵是我公司在三缸往复泵和液压隔膜计量泵的技术基 础上研制的,现已形成系列产品。该系列产品流量大、工作压力高、脉动小,同时结构上融合了液压隔膜计量泵的特点,具有隔膜限位 油,双隔膜破裂检测报警及均流无沉积,零泄漏等优点。采用低速隔 泵,可以输送含有颗粒的浆料(如矿浆、水煤浆、泥浆等),也称为 浆料泵“采用中速隔膜泵,可石油开采、石油化工、电力、化工等 行业的污水输送以及腐蚀性及非腐蚀性介质的输送,可以制成注水 、试压泵、酸泵、碱泵、盐泵、液氨泵、甲?氨基甲酸?泵、注 聚泵、注醇泵、工业用泵、农业用泵、高温泵、低温泵等、br style="box-sizing: border-box; word-break: break-word; overflow-wrap: break-word;"/>过程隔膜泵一般以三缸隔膜泵提供,也可以单缸或多联 式提供本样册按三缸形式提供参数、br style="box-sizing: border-box; word-break: break-word; overflow-wrap: break-word;"/>泵组主要由传动箱、隔膜泵头、减速机、变频电机、安全阀、缓冲器、润滑油泵及监测控制系统等部分组成。本泵通过调节变频器来改变泵速达到无级调节泵的流量,满足工艺流程要求。传动装置、减速机、电动机通过联轴器连接,分别组装在钢制底座上便于起吊和安装、/span>

4、小功率泵连杆大小头轴瓦采用巴氏轴承合金,小头衬套采用高强度 耐用铜基合金;大功率泵连杆大小头均采用滚动轴承,具有免维修、运行寿命长等特点、br style="box-sizing: border-box; word-break: break-word; overflow-wrap: break-word;"/>5、连杆摩擦副及十字头采用油压式强制润滑、/span>
液力?/span>
1 液力端的缸体、缸盖均采用锻件制造,避免高压体内渗漏、br style="box-sizing: border-box; word-break: break-word; overflow-wrap: break-word;"/>2、采用新型的三阀结构:液压油腔设置了限位补油机构实现适时自动补油,既保证液压腔内液压油的充满度,又避免补油过量,防止液压冲能;放气安全阀是放气阀和安全阀的组合体,放气阀能使液压腔内液压油保持纯液体,提高泵的容积效率,安全阀是为流程管线一旦有阻而自动开启,保护泵和管线安全、br style="box-sizing: border-box; word-break: break-word; overflow-wrap: break-word;"/>3 利用流程压力,实现了隔膜破裂压敏式报警技术,隔膜破裂后,2s内发出报警信号,及时停车,或切换备用泵。避免液压油流入管道,产生污染和事故、br style="box-sizing: border-box; word-break: break-word; overflow-wrap: break-word;"/>4 柱塞密封采用用活塞环密封代替填料密封,由易损件改成常规件,使用寿命可?年以上,避免更换填料。活 塞缸套经高温淬火和精磨加工获得,提高了密封元件使用寿命、br style="box-sizing: border-box; word-break: break-word; overflow-wrap: break-word;"/>5 活塞与十字头连接增设中间段接杆,实现无需卸下缸套轻松拆装活塞环,接杆采用卡板式连接、br style="box-sizing: border-box; word-break: break-word; overflow-wrap: break-word;"/>6、泵头及阀件配有不同材质,满足强腐蚀、高磨蚀特殊使用要求、/span>
润滑系统
1、传动箱设置独立润滑系统,由齿轮泵提供充足润滑油,保证运动件的润滑效果;
2、油管路配有压力表、安全阀、粗精过滤器,确保润滑油洁净高效、/span>

选用传动效率高、运行噪声低的硬齿面减速机,小功率一般采用自然风冷,大功率减速机一般采用软化水进行冷却、/span>
