This series of pre-carbonization furnaces is designed for the research and mass production of new energy materials. It is an essential pre-treatment step for graphite, coke, and PI films before high-temperature graphitization. Addressing the organic volatiles generated during carbonization, the furnace features a corrosion-resistant water-cooled seal and a specialized tar trap, ensuring a stable, eco-friendly process without the risk of clogging.
Anode Performance Boost:Precisely controls heating rates for pitch-coated anode particles, ensuring smooth volatile discharge to improve initial coulombic efficiency (ICE) and cycle stability.
PI Film Quality Control:Provides excellent thermal uniformity during PI film stacking carbonization, controlling shrinkage to ensure flat, wrinkle-free carbonized films.
Eco-friendly & Stable:Equipped with a large-capacity tar trap to prevent pipe clogging, significantly extending maintenance cycles and reducing emissions pressure.
Process Flexibility:Supports 30-stage curve programming for slow-heating de-tarring processes. Capacities ranging from 50L to 2000L are available to meet various production scales.
